Construction and production:
The disc is manufactured and safety-tested in accordance with EN 13743 and is also oSa-certified. It has a fiberglass backing plate. The user can work with high contact pressure. With the VISION PRO, a high-quality zirconium corundum is used as the abrasive grain. All RHODIUS flap discs are also free of iron and sulphur. The lamellae are conical on this disc. The 10° conical arrangement of the flaps improves ergonomics during grinding and thus facilitates handling.

Application:
At the same time, the special "top-size coating" of the slats ensures an even cooler finish. A special feature are the three clever recesses. The disc becomes transparent when rotated, allowing permanent monitoring of work progress without stopping. The user sees exactly what and how much he is grinding.
